Functional Responsibilities Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Support developing reporting templates and presentations. Transcribe dictation, and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents. Assist in arranging programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information, or invitations. Produce various documents (letters, memos, correspondence, agendas, notes, and minutes of meetings) as requested. Coordinate with various parties to collect the required information. Prepare presentations, briefs, and summaries for information from multiple sources. Academic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Work Experience 0-2 Years Other Requirements Excellent communication skills. Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic and English languages.
