Description

SALARY: $55,000 TO $85,000/YEAR

ThruFlow Premium Decking is seeking a results-driven and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the Operations team in planning, coordinating, and executing key company initiatives. This individual will drive cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, deadlines, and budget targets. The Project Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in tracking progress and ensuring priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years project management or operations coordination experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, engineering, operations management, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, project tracking tools, and ERP systems, with Sage 300 experience being an asset.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • Experience with injection molding, tooling, or polymer-based manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with patent processes, product testing standards, and quality control systems.
Responsibilities
  • Work with management to identify, scope, and prioritize internal and external projects across multiple functional areas.
    -Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
    -Coordinate efforts across functions, including engineering, production, R&D, finance, sales, and production.
    -Identify project roadblocks or resource constraints and proactively recommend solutions.
    -Manage third-party vendors and contractors involved in project execution.
    -Utilize project tracking tools and dashboards to track KPIs and report progress of active projects to the management team.
    -Draft and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, process maps, change logs, and meeting minutes.
    -Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and awareness of project milestone status.
    -Support implementation of new systems, including ERP modules, manufacturing automation, and quality control processes.
