What you’ll contribute to
We’re on the hunt for a driven Project Coordinator to help power the future of mobility. If you’re passionate about innovation and want to play a key role in shaping various initiatives aligned with Toyota Australia’s Hydrogen Strategy—this is your chance. You will be required to work from Port Melbourne and Altona.
This is a max term role until September 2027.

  • Drive cross-functional projects that support divisional goals and spark new business opportunities
  • Coordinate engagement across teams to keep new initiatives moving forward
  • Deliver sharp, insightful project updates to leadership
  • Support supplier assessments to ensure top-tier service delivery at the right cost

  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and confident presenting ideas
  • Willingness to be involved in a range of different projects to support a variety of new initiatives
  • Confidence with the Microsoft suite and a hunger to make a difference
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
