Responsibilities
  • Process transactions and enter orders into the system.
  • Collaborate with customers, supply chain coordinators, sales reps, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure supply meets demand.
  • Coordinate with production to ensure timely product availability and address delays with customers.
  • Work with logistics and installation teams to align delivery and installation schedules.
  • Keep customer documentation accurate and up-to-date in the system.
  • Ensure order details are updated within 24 hours of changes and communicate with customers and internal teams on order status.
