What you will be doing: Looking for a role where no two days are the same? At XD Connects, we’re searching for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our international trading team in Rijswijk. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of projects from the very first customer inquiry all the way through to final delivery. You’ll coordinate timelines, manage pricing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure everything runs smoothly - from product sampling to large-scale production in the Far East. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, international environment, working with colleagues, clients, and suppliers across Europe. If you enjoy juggling multiple projects, solving challenges on the go, and making things happen, this is the role for you. Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to final delivery, including pricing and supplier negotiations. Coordinate product sampling and large-scale production with international suppliers, primarily in the Far East.
