PROJECT COORDINATOR

Location: 100% On-site in Cincinnati, OH | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23.50–$25/hour
trak group is partnering with a reputable HVAC service company to find a highly organized and process-driven Project Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to project documentation, and provides reliable administrative support to technical teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist project managers with scheduling, technician dispatch, purchase orders, and reporting
• Set up new projects and maintain accurate customer and job files
• Handle RFIs, submittals, tax forms, closeout packages, and other project documents
• Coordinate internal meetings, equipment orders, and subcontractor materials
• Track project progress, update schedules, and manage change orders
• Support permit tracking, billing preparation, compliance logs, and invoice processing
