ABOUT US

Tranetech Software Solution LLC is a leading enterprise software provider in the UAE, specializing in Property Management, CAFM, ERP, and HRMS solutions under the brand EQUAL. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to manage and oversee the lifecycle of multiple software projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cross-functional team coordination.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles in the IT/software development industry.
• Proven experience managing projects across the PHP (Laravel), React, and JavaScript framework stacks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid models if needed.
• Familiarity with project and task management tools such as ClickUp, Jira or similar.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, flowcharts, wireframes, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including requirement gathering and status reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Hands-on understanding of risk management, QA practices, and deployment cycles.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations is a strong plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines is desirable.

• Coordinate and manage multiple software development projects built on React, PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Break projects into actionable plans, set realistic timeframes, and track milestone progress.
• Liaise with clients to understand business requirements, define project scope, and ensure expectations are managed throughout the project.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation across the internal development, design, and QA teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
• Track project KPIs such as timelines, quality metrics, budget utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies and mitigate them through effective planning.
• Oversee the use of project management tools like ClickUp for sprint planning, task tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards through regular code reviews, UAT coordination, and QA testing.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including Gantt charts, project plans, issue logs, and delivery reports.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement practices.
