Organizational Context and Scope IOM provides comprehensive support to the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP), including case processing, migration health assessments, cultural orientation training, organized transportation, and administration of the travel loan and collections program. The Department of Mobility Pathways and Inclusion (MPI), through the Resettlement and Movement Management Division (RMM), holds organizational responsibility for providing direction, oversight, and guidance to IOM’s worldwide support for all resettlement programs.   Under the direct supervision of the Head of USRAP Travel Loan Program (TLP) and the overall supervision of the USRAP Global Coordinator, the Project Coordinator will have the following duties and responsibilities: 
Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will support the Head of the USRAP Travel Loan Program (TLP) to ensure the three pillars (Contact Center, Account Management, and Systems Solutions & Innovation) function cohesively. This involves maintaining clear process architecture, harmonized SOPs, handoffs, and escalation paths to guarantee program cohesion and appropriate information management.
