REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator or in a similar role in construction industry (civil, structural, steel fabrication or architectural works)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team and support seamless day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely between project team and production team to ensure smooth delivery of materials at sites.
• Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters. Ensure proper documentation.
• Plan, manage and coordinate to ensure that projects are completed on time, withing budget and of highest quality.
• Communicate effectively with project team to provide assistances and technical support.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
