JOB DESCRIPTION:

TRILEAF Corporation is currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in the Chandler, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, demonstrate strong organizational skills, adapt easily to shifting priorities, and possess excellent communication abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of general administration and project coordinator experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent. (Required)

  • Possess an energetic and professional demeanor.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry and QA/QC of new and existing projects.
  • Creation of Purchase Order Requests and tracking of receipt of Purchase Orders.
  • Manage invoicing or Purchase Order issues
  • Assist Project Managers and office staff with onboarding and off boarding tasks
  • Assist with office activities on site and off site
  • General clerical duties such as copying, scanning, faxing as well as handling/distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Track and order office supplies.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to regional team.
  • Interaction with office building manager/landlord.
  • Other general administrative/clerical responsibilities as required.
