Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by facilitating communication, managing resources, and supporting project teams. Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of project activities Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to management Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes Manage project resources, including budget tracking and allocation Identify potential risks and collaborate with team members to develop mitigation strategies Support the creation and maintenance of project timelines using appropriate software Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout project lifecycle Assist in the onboarding and coordination of new team members as projects expand Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Demonstrated decision-making capacity and initiative Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial Valid UAE work visa or eligibility to obtain one may be required Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Buildings Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Project Management - Engineering
