Description:

UGL is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Telecommunications team in either NSW, VIC or QLD.
This role will provide direct support to the National Wireless Manager in reporting, communications, office management, diary management, travel and appointment bookings, minute taking, expense claims and reconciliation, team event and function organisation and adhoc administrative support to the wider team.

  • Team/Personal assistant, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator prior experience
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suit
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work effective in a team environment and promote positive behaviours
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise / prioritise demands
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of negotiation and influencing skills
