PROJECT COORDINATOR

1. JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, trade contractors or

authority’s officers on site survey, site arrangement & work progress.

• Possess a good understanding on client’s as-built drawings and

specifications for site survey.

• Handle complaints related to the projects.
• Ensure proper communication and liaising with clients on project schedule.

• Assist in preparation of claims submission as well as certification of claims to clients.

• Working Hours: Mon - Sat (9am-6pm)

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess valid Class 2B / class 3 Driving License in Singapore
• Riding / Driving experience and understand the traffic rules and regulations in Singapore
• Must be able to ride motocycle / drive commercial vehicle
• Possess own transport vehicle will be an advantages
• Transport allowance for own transport
• Able to read and understand As-built drawings is a must Good knowledge in MS Powerpoint /AutoCad
