Description:

Are you an energetic and results-oriented person who wants to support our team’s performance forward?
We are now looking for a Project Coordinator in EMEA Project Management Office, in Sundsvall or Karlstad.
In this position you will get to handle different kind of project coordination tasks, mainly related to order handling and invoicing of field services, improvement projects and service agreements. Tasks will also include some administrative duties, such as maintaining project & service order documentation.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Taking care of establishing order confirmations for internal and external customers in our LN ERP -system, FSE, IPP and Agreements
  • Project/Service order invoicing process
  • Creating Subcontracting purchase orders and purchase invoice handling
  • Coordination of different project / service order related tasks
  • Administrative tasks

Requirements
Our operating environment is dynamic, therefore we value good prioritizing and organizing skills and ability to solve problems quickly. Strong team orientation and collaboration skills in our EMEA wide team are essential. To be successful in this position, we would like you to have Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Business. Previous experience of order handling is also highly appreciated.
You will also need hands-on approach and can-do attitude as well as willingness and capability to learn fast. You can work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities in an organized way. You are accurate and precise with an eye for detail.
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English is also required. Other language skills are seen as an advantage in this position. Your software skills are excellent, including MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint. Previous experience in Infor LN and M-Files is a plus.
