As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that every service order flows through our systems accurately and efficiently. You’ll be part of a collaborative Pulp, Energy and Circularity (PEC) Services Order Management team where your expertise and proactive mindset directly support our business—and our customers’ success. You will work with service orders, customer communication and invoicing activities, contributing to high-quality operations. This is a fixed-term position until end of February 2027. You will be part of the PEC Services Finland Business Area and your place of work can be in any of our Valmet offices in Tampere, Jyväskylä or Vantaa. Your responsibilities include Managing customer purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency Entering service orders and contracts in the ERP LN system according to Valmet’s rules, PEC SER FI processes and policies Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of processed orders, collaborating with the service and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies Advising and guiding internal and external stakeholders on order management following PEC SER FI Business Area ways of operating Expectations for you You bring 3–5 years of experience in order management or a similar role Previous experience in Pulp and Energy industry is an asset Educational background in Economics or related field is valuable Solid ERP skills; experience with LN and Salesforce is an advantage. You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) You are fluent in Finnish, English; other languages are a plus You can navigate in fast-paced and high-volume environments and prioritize effectively You have problem solving skills and customer-first mindset along with excellent teamworking skills To succeed in this role You combine accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to independently resolve issues. You understand order management processes and can identify terms conflicting with policies. You work confidently with internal stakeholders and maintain high-quality customer information.
