Job Details Job Location: GM Fairfax - Kansas City, KS 66115 Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary VAYAN JD-12 Job Description Project Coordinator Rev 6-29-2024 Topic Details Summary Responsible for setup and coordination of all shop floor jobs. Assists with compliance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements. Establishes work standards driven by customer requirements and company guidelines. Trains inspectors to Standardized Work Instructions. Evaluates, modifies work instructions. Serves as customer liaison on assigned jobs. May serve as project manager for customers who request/require detailed engineering and consulting expertise. Fulfills quality operating processes in the handling of reject/non-conforming/scrap materials. Coordinates activities with logistics for proper material flow. Performs required audits (e.g. layered process audits) for process validation. Coordinates with data analysis activities related to activity/data reports. Supervises and trains inspectors. All roles at Vayan Group play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing quality in various industries to achieve total customer satisfaction. Reports To Sr. Project Coordinator Process Assembly, Inspection Skills Print reading, calibration, supervisor, problem solving, job processing, scrap analysis, layered process auditing, reporting. Safety Can be a fast paced, stressful environment, standing, lifting, chemical contact (non-hazardous), eye safety, hearing safety where excessive noise is present, electrical safety in certain jobs. Qualifications Education High School Degree, Some College Preferred, Industrial Engineering a plus Technical MS Office Proficiency LPA Auditor, read and understand prints and non-technical documents as they relate to quality functions of the business. Experience 2 Years in manufacturing with quality related experience
