Ventia has been awarded a major contract to deliver build services for Telstra InfraCo’s nationwide fibre network, and we’re seeking multiple Project Coordinators to support the delivery of this critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Validate subcontractor documentation (STOWs)
Liaise with site engineers for artefact accuracy
Submit variations and contract notices via client portals
Raise/manage CRQs (Change Requests)
Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory
Prepare completion status reports and daily updates
Maintain accurate records for reconciliation and handover
