We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team to help assist and manage projects from manufacturing start to shipping complete. This is a high-impact customer support role that requires an understanding of the challenges and needs of our clients looking for custom, scalable brand experience.

• Responsible for assisting and supporting the Operations team.
• Responsible for assisting in project planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with sub-contractors, shipping teams, and the shop foreman to ensure seamless project execution and coordination.
• Verify that all material orders are received on schedule and conform to project specifications.
• Conduct on-site measurements to support fabrication and coordination activities.
• Provide support with the development and processing of Change Orders and Extras as needed.
• Review drawings to ensure accuracy and readiness for manufacturing.
• Provide daily status reports on the condition/ progress of the project(s).
• Ensure thorough documentation and accurate tracking of submittals, cost data, RFIs, schedules, and site inspection reports
• Act as the main liaison, ensuring clear and concise communication of project updates to all relevant parties.
