COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The CIMA Group LLC doing business as Wana Brands is a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, a leading vertically integrated, multi-state operator in the United States cannabis industry. With the transition of Acreage Holdings to Canopy USA, LLC in December 2024, Canopy USA, LLC is now positioned to consolidate operations across its three business units – Wana, Jetty, and Acreage – realizing synergies, cost savings, and supporting growth in state-legal markets across the U.S. Through coverage of key market segments including flower via Superflux, vape and concentrates via Jetty, edibles and beverages via Wana, and retail through The Botanist, Canopy USA, LLC is well positioned to accelerate growth with an emphasis on the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S. markets. As newly formed Canopy USA, LLC, we are building a stronger, more agile organization that will unlock greater opportunities across the growing US cannabis market.
SUMMARY
As a Project Coordinator within Canopy USA’s marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the management of projects for multiple brands across the globe. You will help identify all tasks that need to be completed within a project, prioritize and strategically delegate those tasks to appropriate team members, closely monitor the project, and supply additional support where needed to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Project Management, the marketing team, and cross-functional departments on projects for multiple brands and multiple markets, as well as provide project management support on larger marketing campaigns and product launches. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, organizational tasks, logistics coordination, and communication facilitation. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for professional growth and learning within both the cannabis industry and the marketing domain. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced environment, gaining valuable experience and expanding your skill set while contributing to the success of Canopy USA’s marketing initiatives.
