What you’ll do ⦿ Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task sequences to ensure smooth project execution. Adjust schedules as needed and coordinate resources daily to keep projects on track. Success means timely delivery and proactive issue resolution. ⦿ Cost & Budget Management: Assist in allocating resources such as personnel and tools, track project budgets, expenses, and procurement activities to support financial control. ⦿ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records, prepare status reports, and manage documentation flow between teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication. ⦿ Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison among internal teams (Warehouse Operations, Workshop Quality, Engineering) and external parties (clients, contractors, vendors) to facilitate seamless collaboration. ⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture. ⦿ Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to other sites such as Balikpapan, but frequent travel is not expected. What you’ll bring Must-haves: ⦿ A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering to support understanding of technical drawings and discussions. ⦿ At least 1-2 years of experience in engineering or construction projects, with exposure to quality control, service, or maintenance. ⦿ Strong knowledge of project management principles including scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation. ⦿ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective stakeholder interaction. Nice-to-haves: ⦿ Experience working with SAP/ERP systems or similar project tracking tools. ⦿ Familiarity with mining or mineral processing industry operations. ⦿ Ability to anticipate and solve problems with a focus on safety and quality. ⦿ Previous exposure to cross-functional coordination between engineering and operations teams.
