Our Mississauga office has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project specifications for technical requirements and identifying eventual errors and components with long lead time.
• Creating Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects.
• Working together with Sales department and engineering group to closely follow and track project status and progress.
• Keeping close contact with external suppliers / vendors for technical products requirements.
• Working with Production Manager and Purchasing department for ordering parts for projects and for maintaining stock levels.

Qualifications Required

• College degree in electrical field – Electrical Engineering Technician / Technologist, with excellent understanding of electrical subjects, e.g.: motor power supply and protection sizing, fuse selection, automation concepts, etc., is preferred.
• Recent experience in combustion industry is a major asset.
• Working knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred. Autodesk Inventor knowledge is an asset.
• Experience with ERP programs such Sage (AccPac), SAP is an asset.
• Diligent and detail oriented.
