Description

ABOUT US

Weston Manufacturing Ltd. is a trusted company specializing in large-scale structural fabrication. We foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for hardworking individuals ready to contribute to a collaborative and hands-on work environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This is a new position at Weston Manufacturing, and we’re looking for someone ready to help shape it from the ground up. You won’t be handed a detailed playbook; you’ll be building one. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, think critically, and solve problems as they arise. You should be comfortable navigating uncertainty, researching solutions, and figuring things out without constant direction.
If you’re looking for a role where you’re told exactly what to do every day, this likely isn’t the right fit. But if you’re someone who thrives on building systems, learning as you go, and helping a company grow stronger, we’d love to have you on our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role
  • Knowledge of construction or manufacturing project workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and file organization systems
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

If you have a strong administrative background in construction or manufacturing and want to be a key part of getting projects done right, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
  • Track project milestones and maintain accurate documentation
  • Organize shared drive files, drawings, and change orders
  • Help draft and maintain project-related contracts and documents

  • Attend meetings and follow up on action items
  • Help prepare purchase orders, timesheets, and billing packages
