Key Responsibilities: The project Coordinator will be responsible for: Providing necessary support both the time and resources required to continue responding to outstanding needs and gaps in the field, uphold quality standards and deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Develop consolidated quarterly /monthly Plan of Action for two provinces. Establishing mutual relationships with key stakeholders and partners at all levels through effective communication Monitor spending and manage budget to ensure spending is within approved budget. Provide regular/quarterly field monitoring visits and support provincial officers, ensure implementations are aligned with the POA. undefined The Project Coordinator will work in close consultation and guidance of the Maternal Child Health Nutrition Technical Lead Finance, Monitoring and Evaluation officer and with the Area Program Team of their respective Provincial assignments. Overall, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with responsible departments/partners for effective collaboration which will lead to the quality delivery of the UNICEF HCD Project for World Vision Papua New Guinea. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will report directly to the Portfolio Manager for effective implementation and reporting of the project activities.
