JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects)
Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.
Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.
Planning and executing project budgets.
Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
Motivating and supervising assigned staff.
