Job Description Prime Responsibilities and Duties Engineering Doc Control support in S4Hana SAP, which ensures engineering documents are correctly controlled and linked to engineering and logistics processes, with full change management. It supports the creation and control of engineering documents, links them to business objects like materials, BOMs and change numbers, like below. ECR/ECO Preparation Material PN preparation Prototype BOM Preparation Purchase Order/Purchase Request Preparation PO Tracking file update New Vendor Creation and Fixed Asset Request Engineering Request From/Tracking for Component Order Placement Coordinates with suppliers, manages scheduling, and prepares purchasing documentation. Shipment Arrangement Online Order Tracking Sample Shipment and Shipment Billing Tracking Lab Management Equipment Calibration Coordination Lab Consumable Items Monitoring and Ordering Assists with ad hoc tasks as occasionally assigned by the company. What Success Looks Like Accurate and timely handling of engineering documents and change records. Smooth coordination with suppliers and on‑time purchasing support. Well‑maintained lab environment with calibrated equipment and stocked consumables. Strong ownership of tasks and effective communication across teams. Qualifications Diploma holder, with preference given to candidates in Electrical, Electronics, Supply Chain, or Logistics disciplines. Fresh Diploma Holders are welcome to apply Demonstrates a willingness to develop capabilities in basic component knowledge and effective communication. Experience with SAP will be an added advantage Knowledge of power supply circuitry, safety/EMC standards, and mechanical construction is a plus Able to assess and manage issues, proactively mitigating risks where necessary.
