We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Controller (Commercial Manager) with a background in finance, budgeting and project financial reporting. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on budgets, managing actuals against original budget plans and cost to come. The following responsibilities form the core of this role:

• Creation of initial project forecast from participation in the Sales to Contract Execution handover.
• Perform complex tasks in project estimating, change documentation, and cost control.
• Monthly and quarterly forecast preparation: reconciling budget versus actuals and analyzing variances, risks, and opportunity tracking.
• Report to portfolio level on forecast variances and manage changes to cost on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Analyze and track change requests/variation orders received from customers.
• Assist with sales planning and billings to customers.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $100MM +.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets/forecasts and review actual performance.

• Preparation of proposal and claim packages.Representing the Project Manager in their absence.
