Act as the main liaison between Project Management, Sales/Business Office, Finance (RNTBCI), Engineering PMO, Project Centralization Cost Control, and Sales Administration. Lead the annual budgeting process for the R&D P&L, ensuring alignment with multi‑year project commitments, and monitor financial performance across plan, budget, and forecast. Drive convergence actions in case of deviations and ensure proper follow-up of upfront project invoice payments. Ensure that RFQ data and cost‑modification inputs for new projects, quotations, or customer‑driven changes are correctly integrated by PMO and Cost Control teams. Build and update monthly MTP (Mid-Term Plan) visibility and manage monthly financial reporting for CPO and Horse Holding, covering both costs and revenues. Review, validate, and submit monthly cost provisions in coordination with accounting. Set up and/or participate in monthly project performance reviews. Oversee financial governance across multiple scopes (India 4 India, New Business, R&AE, etc.). Ensure compliance by implementing and monitoring internal control processes and regularly evaluating their effectiveness. What we’re looking for A proven track record in cost control with understanding of the full cost flow and as a P&L controller and/or solid knowledge.
