As a Project Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth delivery of projects while driving client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with our Technical Writing & Localization teams, translating client needs into solutions and ensuring successful execution. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, AI-curious, and eager to solve complex challenges with smart, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own the relationship with assigned clients, serving as their trusted partner.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical Writing, Localization, Engineering) to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for process or service improvements.
  • Explore and apply AI-driven workflows and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client value.
  • Track KPIs and report on project performance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Support business growth by nurturing client relationships and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and process optimization within the PM team.
