Project Delivery Advisor - Sustainability Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity If you’re a systems thinker with practical, hands-on project delivery experience and a passion for sustainability this opportunity may be for you. The Project Deliver Advisor will play a key role in the delivery of a diverse range of initiatives relating to Beca's Corporate Sustainability work program, coordinating workstream activities from planning through to closeout and reporting. You’ll apply your project delivery expertise to manage work packages, timelines, budget, quality and sustainability outcomes, that help to achieve positive outcomes for our clients and for Beca. A strong, confident communicator, you will need to keep team members, managers, and leaders well informed, building trusted relationships, embodying the Beca values as you learn and grow. To both enjoy and achieve in this role you'll be a self-starter with a strong delivery focus, able to make things happen, in a sometimes uncertain, fast-paced and dynamic workplace. The workstreams you'll be involved in are of strategic importance to Beca and reach across all business units and geographies. You’re a self-starter, not afraid to get your ‘hands dirty‘. You are confident offering your own insights, to problem solve and ensure work streams remain on track Your ability to produce high-quality outputs and foster effective collaboration sets you apart. You excel at prioritising and proactively managing your time to meet tight deadlines. Your expertise includes strong project coordination and tracking skills, using a range of tools to monitor progress and outcomes. You may have some experience in managing programmes of work, reporting progress, or supporting compliance with external commitments, but above all, you are keen to learn and develop these skills further. Your confident communication style enables you to clearly convey our annual work programme, its requirements and our sustainability goals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This enables you to proactively drive project outcomes for yourself, the team, and our clients.
