ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our Safety & Operational Improvement team. Reporting to the GM, you’ll lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and a Systems Test Analyst to deliver priority business projects that improve our customer, operational, and organisational capability.
This role will see you driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and People & Culture, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of major business initiatives aligned to strategic objectives
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, and governance standards
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team, driving capability and results
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure quality delivery

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven project delivery expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the business. You will bring;

  • 5–10 years’ experience in project management/delivery roles across diverse industries
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or hybrid)
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Financial and risk management capability
  • Familiarity with the hire and rental industry highly desirabl
