The Opportunity:
A Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a Markaaz Data Study or Product Delivery project, from Customer Signature to completion, ensuring it’s delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a central point of contact, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes, including customer, Product, Data and Sales.

Responsibilities

To perform the essential functions of this position and the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery
  • Resource Management: Managing project resources, including human resources, budget, and technology, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations, implementing quality control measures and addressing issues promptly.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring project progress against planned timelines and budgets, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring the project remains on track
