Role Overview:
We are working exclusively with a very regular client of ours, a pan-European Healthcare Technology provider with an enviable product range and leading supplier to the luxury care sector.
For this exciting and brand new role we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations/Project Manager to lead and oversee the smooth running of the delivery of products and services to clients based across the UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing a remote Team and driving operational excellence. This role is pivotal in aligning all operational processes and to ensure that all stakeholders, both internal and external, are kept fully updated on project delivery milestones and meeting all compliance and supply chain requirements.
This role represents a fabulous opportunity for an astute and experienced Operations specialist to exceed on all customer expectations and drive a ‘best in class’ delivery model.

Experience:

Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all projects from contracts signed stage through to successful rollout of our care technology solutions across multiple client sites.
  • Project Coordination: Work with a team of outsourced contractors and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams (such as Sales, Customer Success and Installation) to ensure seamless project delivery according to timelines and client specifications.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are managed and surpassed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that delivered products or services meet quality standards and adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track delivery performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimise delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. Share knowledge and lessons learnt with counterparts in other countries and actively contribute to the internal community of project delivery experts to drive world class project management systems.
