Location: Remote Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead our project delivery activities ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources efficiently. Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation through to completion. 2. Team Coordination Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project deliverables. Foster a collaborative environment with regular check-ins, status updates, and team meetings. Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance. 3. Client Engagement Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular communication to clients regarding project status, changes, and updates. 4. Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track. Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed. 5. Reporting & Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Analyze project outcomes and prepare post-project evaluation reports. Present project results and learnings to stakeholders and leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in iGaming industry. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello). Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS projects. Experience in managing clients and stakeholder communications effectively.
