Business Unit Overview Our Business Unit integrates Corporate Development, Infrastructure Delivery, and Smart Communities, and is accountable for driving strategic growth through a combination of acquisition, development, integration, and operations. Through the Corporate Development function, we identify, assess, and execute strategic investments and M&A opportunities that accelerate our network reach, customer base, and capabilities. This includes full lifecycle responsibility — from origination, due diligence, and transaction execution through to post-acquisition integration. We lead the design and deployment of FTTP and digital infrastructure into greenfield and smart community environments, partnering with developers and utility partners to enable the connected communities of tomorrow. Role Purpose As Project Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the planning, deployment, and maintenance of high-speed fibre optic and WiFi networks, utilising the latest innovative software and products, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist with project-related pre-sales processes such as defining bills of materials, preparing design documents and quotes, and communicating with appropriate stakeholders. Actively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate project status. Ensure each project has baselined scope, schedule, and budget, with ongoing management, documentation, and communication. Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and communicated. Manage the scheduling of all project resources, both internal and external. Ensure equipment is forecasted and procured in line with delivery schedules. Ensure best practice deployment of products. Ensure billing and invoicing are completed accurately upon project completion. Create and maintain a communication plan outlining the regular schedule of updates and progress reporting. Complete Post-Implementation Reviews and Lessons Learned sessions with project stakeholders at project completion. Qualifications and Experience Construction-based project management experience in the field of telecommunications delivery. Outstanding relationship skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work remotely and autonomously while contributing to the team through collaboration and ideas for improvement. Experience in a technical delivery or customer management role. Experience deploying large-scale Wi-Fi, FTTP, FTTB, or fibre technologies. Strong networking and cabling knowledge, particularly for installation scoping and upgrades. Driver’s licence and ability to travel. Ability to meet WH&S requirements as stipulated by the organisation or customers (such as vaccinations, White Card, or other required licences). Degree or diploma in Project Management, or equivalent certification or experience aligned to the role and compliance requirements.
