As a Project Delivery Manager at Chemin, you play a central role in delivering high-quality labeled data at scale. You’ll collaborate with Client Solutions, Tech, and Talent and Partnership teams to ensure smooth execution, excellent client outcomes, and thriving teams of Annotators on your projects. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will lead a team of Project Executives, part-time Project Associates, and Annotators. You’ll cultivate a culture of high performance through coaching, career development, and resource optimisation, while refining how we onboard, train, and guide Project Managers. On a strategic level, you will drive initiatives to strengthen processes and introduce systems that stabilise projects within 30 days. You will work with Chemin's clients to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and contribute to account growth through opportunities for recurring revenue. This role is ideal for a hands-on mid-level manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow into broader leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities Project Delivery & Account Management Oversee all projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes Manage client relationships and support account growth Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment Team Leadership & Performance Onboard, train, and guide Project Managers Inspire, motivate, and manage team performance Optimise resources to maximise delivery efficiency Culture & Performance Build and maintain a high-performance culture within Delivery Promote continuous learning, problem-solving, and innovation Support career progression and development of team members Strategic Initiatives to Stabilize Projects in 30 days: Create and strengthen systems including workflows and processes Develop SOPs and tools to improve project stability Execute training for new initiatives 4–7 years of experience in roles involving operational excellence and account/project management Preferably a minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience Strong Project Management skills with an understanding of how people management drives delivery success Self-motivated, hands-on, and eager to continuously improve Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Ability to pitch and report to Senior Leadership and stakeholders Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Familiarity with G Suite, project management frameworks, or relevant tools is a bonus Experience in AI/data labeling projects is an added advantage Malaysian applicants or applicants based in Malaysia will be considered for a hybrid role Applicants based outside Malaysia are welcome for fully remote work arrangements; visa sponsorship is not available AI is reshaping the world of work—and Chemin sits at the heart of that transformation.
