项目交付专员工作职责： 1、负责指定区域的外部采购跟进，包括需求审核（Blossom）和Migo审核，确保合规性和及时性。 2、负责追踪指定区域的UBR，确认相关信息，核实延期原因，及时向实施团队传递争议内容并协助解决。 3、负责指定区域与非华为客户的沟通与协调。 4、负责每月的Job Cost Review。 5、完成主管安排的其他工作任务，如进行HVAC/R系统的开机审核等。任职要求： 1、具有相关领域的本科及以上学历。 2、具备良好的沟通能力，能够有效协调不同部门及客户之间的关系。 3、熟练使用办公软件（如Excel, Word, PowerPoint）。 4、具备团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作并完成既定目标。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
