Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, our Environment team is looking to welcome a Project Delivery Support professional to join our growing team Job Description How you’ll make a difference Support Project Managers in delivering projects efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company processes and high-quality outcomes. Work closely with finance and project teams to manage budgets, reporting, and data accuracy across multiple projects. Coordinate key project governance activities, such as reviews and progress tracking, to help projects stay on schedule and meet performance targets. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen overall project delivery. Please note, this role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. Qualifications The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy, with at least 2 years’ experience supporting Project Managers or project delivery functions. Strong understanding of project delivery, reporting, and coordination, with proficiency in project management and financial systems such as Workbench, CLM, Markview (or similar platforms). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach. Proactive, organised, and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.
