JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Project Deployment Manager to join our team and support the successful deployment, integration, and optimization of our solutions within client environments. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development and product management to ensure seamless installations, configurations, and rollouts of our technology. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

SKILLS:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in high-pressure environments.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage deployment projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Agency: High level of agency, comfortable working with ambiguity, and proactive approach to collaborating with team members to solve problems

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in deployment engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or a similar role.
  • 2-5 years experience in customer-facing roles or a strong customer service orientation.
  • Nice to have: experience with scripting, networking, and AWS.
