What you’ll do As a Project and Design Manager in our Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility Team based in our Mackay Office, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind. Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance What you’ll bring Relevant engineering qualifications (Beng Civil, RPEQ) and experience in the management of multidisciplinary roads projects in Queensland Desirable experience delivering TMR and regional transport infrastructure projects across planning, detailed design and construction phases Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build strong client relationships A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions How we support your growth We believe your career should be a rewarding adventure.
