Doka Philippines is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the company’s ongoing national expansion. The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team. Job Description Doka Philippines is currently looking for Project Designer who will be able to work independently on formwork design planning and provide support to sales in proposal and pitching solution to the client. Your key responsibilities: You will collaborate with sales to produce AutoCAD drawings using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the drawings to be used for actual jobsites. You will support the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines). You will ensure that drawings indicate proper use of Doka forming equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs. You will prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries. You will provide material lists for quotations and for shipments to job site to Sales and Operations team. You will ensure that work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations. You will ensure that the policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance and compliance are adhered to. You will participate in staff training programs on calculations, formwork, product knowledge, computer systems/software applications, etc. Qualifications What you need to succeed in this role: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (civil or construction engineering), Minimum 2 years in Infrastructure / Civil Formwork Design Skills: Auto CAD and formwork knowledge Solid communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office Well-developed analytical skills Ability to work individually and in a team environment on standard and major projects Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets Good listening and probing skills to diagnose client requirements Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment Willingness to be involved hands-on in projects if required Engaging personality and confident attitude Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino language Willingness to travel and be mobile Knowledge in Doka Formwork Systems Local Philippines Construction Knowledge Design skills in AutoCAD 3D Additional Information Location: Muntinlupa, NCR, Philppines
