JOB SCOPE

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.Develop design concepts, themes, and styles based on client requirements and industry trends.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.Select appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories to complement the design concept.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion and adherence to client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Meticulous, positive working attitude, self-driven individual, and passion in home styling.
• Knowledge of using drawing software.
• Meticulous in the quality of work produced, with emphasis on creativity and aesthetics.
