As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate professionals to help us shape the future of sustainable data center operations.
We are currently hiring for a Project Developer (PD) to join our Development team. This hybrid role is responsible for managing the development of turnkey energy conservation, reliability, and capacity projects—from Preliminary Scoping through Final Contract. The position blends technical expertise in HVAC controls and building automation with strategic project development responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has experience in energy engineering, designing control systems, preparing detailed submittals, conducting site visits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both client needs and technical performance goals.
Travel: Across United States & Canada is required approximately 30–50% of the time.
