Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Constructionof utility-scale solar and wind projects. Greenvolt Power Hungary is seeking a Project Developer who will lead the development of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, etc.) from origination through to ready-to-build status. He/She will be responsible for managing all aspects of project development, including site identification, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and financial modelling. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the energy market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new project opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals. Lead the permitting process, including environmental impact assessments and grid connection applications. Secure land agreements and manage relationships with landowners and local communities. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) and external consultants. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments. Prepare investment memos and support internal approval processes. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure project compliance. Represent the company in meetings with authorities, partners, and stakeholders. University Degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of the energy market. Proven track record of delivering utility-scale projects. Strong knowledge of permitting, grid connection, and land acquisition processes. Positive leadership. Agility. Responsibility. Proactivity and ability to work as a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Availability to travel. Good English language skills (written/spoken).
