The Project Development Coordinator plays a supporting role in bridging project manager, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients through accurate documentation, technical reporting and regulatory compliance. This role supports the successful planning, coordination, and handover of landscape projects by leading the preparation of all key project documentation—including method statements, nursery reports, shop drawings, and completion reports while ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely submission of each deliverable.

(A) Specific:
Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate project activities and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Track project progress and provide regular status updates. Liaise with designers, architects, and clients to clarify design intent and specifications.
Responsible for developing and coordinating shop drawings in alignment with contract drawings and actual site conditions, as well as preparing accurate As-Built Drawings and As-Built Tree Reports in compliance with authority requirements. Also prepares Method of Statement (MOS) and Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM) for various landscape works to support project execution and regulatory submissions.
Preparing comprehensive Nursery Tree Reports, Nursery Visit Reports, and Pre-Grow Tree Reports to document tree selection, health conditions, and compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Responsible for compiling and submitting Landscape and ABC Waters Reports in accordance with requirements, and assisting in authority submissions related to arboriculture and environmental compliance.
Submit detailed completion reports, including photographic records, final planting records, and compliance checklists.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all submissions are properly formatted, technically sound, and meet the required standards and timelines.
Provide technical support to project teams during design, execution, and handover stages.
Ensure all reports and submissions adhere to industry standards, authority regulations, and company protocols.
Participate in internal reviews and post-mortem sessions to refine submission processes and documentation quality.
Adapt to the dynamic needs of the organization, taking on additional responsibilities as required to support overall project and company goals.
