Job Description We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Development Director to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal performance and profitability Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities Analyze market trends and opportunities to identify new project development initiatives Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices in project management Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 15+ years of experience in project development or related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and financial analysis Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities Outstanding leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building In-depth knowledge of project development lifecycle and industry best practices Solid understanding of local and international business practices Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business environment and regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
