• Identify project opportunities through client and donor needs mapping.
• Pitch to clients/donor regarding Waste4Change’s capacity, capability, and provide solutions for the client’s/donor’s needs.
• Develop project proposals with defined objectives, outputs/deliverables, timelines and resources according to client/donor requirements.
• Updating the progress in project development pipeline dashboard.
• Analyze and identify initiatives to improve project development pipeline performance.
• Maintain good communication and relationship with all stakeholders, both external potential and existing key clients/donors, and internal project implementors.
• Oversee marketing strategy for Team.
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Management or Environmental Engineering.
• Have experience in the same field at least 1 year.
• Familiar with operating Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Gantt Chart is a plus.
• Have good communication skill and people person.
• Interested in environmental/waste issues.
