• Urban and territorial constraints assessments.
• Technical evaluation and site assessments for new projects.
• Support for the authorization process from site selection to ready to build.
• Management of project documentations.
• Support on the financial aspects of the projects.
• Develop and maintain necessary personal networks with the department (engineering, legal, finance)
