Responsibilities:
- Urban and territorial constraints assessments.
- Technical evaluation and site assessments for new projects.
- Support for the authorization process from site selection to ready to build.
- Management of project documentations.
- Support on the financial aspects of the projects.
- Develop and maintain necessary personal networks with the department (engineering, legal, finance)
