We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Project Development Manager to lead the early engagement project coordination team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TEAM MANAGEMENT—SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE INITIATIVE, BUILD AND LEAD A TEAM FROM THE GROUND UP, AND HAS A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF PROJECT TIMELINES. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASSESS A PROJECT AND KNOW EXACTLY WHICH STAKEHOLDERS NEED TO BE ENGAGED AT EACH STAGE. WHILE A CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND REMAINS ESSENTIAL, THE EMPHASIS IS NOW ON A PROJECT MANAGER PROFILE—A TRUE LEADER WHO CAN HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

You will manage a team of a Business Development Team Leader and 5 Project Coordinators to maximise project opportunities,
keeping your finger on the pulse by ensuring our data is accurate, informative and guides our Commercial team to secure orders.

  • Capture all “Strategic Partnership Agreement” pipelines and ensure that all
  • Ensure Salesforce is fully and accurately populated with all relevant internal and
  • Set tasks for incoming leads with the appropriate internal stakeholders via
  • Support the external sales team by coordinating project updates, next actions,
  • Drive commercial performance through strong leadership, process ownership,
  • Strive for betterment by highlighting efficient ways of working by proposing
  • Manage CRM dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and to steer the
  • Capture and record all relevant market insights from you and your team to
  • Record “Eyes and Ears” information from customers and industry news relating to
  • Connect with Technical Services to ensure alignment of data and opportunities,
  • Own and manage housekeeping activities to ensure Salesforce CRM system is
  • Create and manage a forecasting tool to provide projected sales for forthcoming
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns relating to NPS and
  • Gain a clear understanding of UK market conditions monitoring the shift in
  • Set monthly KPIs to monitor the success of your team and deliver a report to
  • Project management training or certification
  • High level of education with strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Salesforce or CRM training/certification (desirable)
