Job Description As a Project Diag Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing vehicle projects to ensure optimal maintainability and diagnosability throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. You will coordinate diagnostic deliverables, analyze technical anomalies, and contribute to vehicle integration and validation planning while ensuring alignment with The Company standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage vehicle projects to ensure maintainability and diagnosability objectives Manage and ensure the realization of diagnostic (Diag) deliverables Analyze, track, and address anomalies using JIRA Facilitate and lead weekly working group meetings and ensure follow-up actions Prepare and maintain project milestone documentation Create, analyze, and update progress indicators and dashboards Contribute to the construction of the vehicle integration and validation schedule and define the necessary resources Guarantee the diagnosability related to vehicle maintainability Verify and ensure consistency of architecture diagnosability and maintainability documentation Review and validate new diagnostic routines to be implemented Act as a transversal interface between multiple stakeholders and teams Qualifications 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Program / Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar) Knowledge of PLM systems Familiarity with BI4 tools High level of English and French (written and spoken) Strong transversal management and coordination skills Well-organized with strong planning abilities Ability to handle stress effectively Strong team spirit and collaboration mindset Good negotiation and leadership skills
