JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale real estate development projects from inception to completion. The Project Director will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of real estate development, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project scopes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale real estate projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-value real estate projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects within scope.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring that all parties meet contractual obligations.
  • Lead project meetings, providing clear direction and updates to internal teams and senior management.
  • Report regularly on project status, financials, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Develop and mentor project management teams, ensuring effective leadership and professional growth within the team.
  • Oversee the successful handover of completed projects to clients and internal stakeholders.
