Job Description Job Overview The Project Director will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects under the PMC model. This role involves strategic oversight, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline targets. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion. Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client and organizational goals. Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams. Monitor construction progress, budgets, and quality standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement risk management strategies and resolve project issues. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within PMC projects. Additional Information Good English communication skills.
